Ahmed is an audio journalist and artist based in Brooklyn, NY. His work focuses on using sound to explore cultural assimilation and trouble dominant narratives of race, gender, and identity, especially concerning Arab and Muslim life.

Ahmed recently completed his M.A. in Journalism (Podcasting and Audio Reportage) at New York University/the Arthur L. Carter Journalism Institute.
